The rooms would not meet building regulations eg handles falling off doors and leaving child trapped in bathroom after toilet break and getting anxious and not being able to get out, fans not functioning, water damage to doors to bathrooms leaving swelling to bottom of doors, door missing off broom cupboard, walls very scuffed, windows filthy and was unable to take full advantage of views, opened window but nearly fell off in hand due to rusty hinges, room very outdated and due for update.
